Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor
In the last two years you have worked in private equity or SME finance, been a director of a company turning over £1m or more, or made two or more unlisted investments. Or you have been a member of a business angel network for more than six months and still are.

If you meet condition A or B below, you may choose to be classified as a high net worth individual for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.
